RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: Most products can be returned within 7-14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Software that has been opened or activated.
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to  magc@tangsmi.com or call us at +86 18898605270 with in the eligible return period. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and original documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Processing Time and Fees

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes7 business days.
  • Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of 10]% may apply, especially for returns of non-defective items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts.

Refund Methods and Time Limits

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Store Credit: In certain situations, or if preferred by the customer, a store credit may be issued instead of a monetary refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, after verifying the damage or defect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
